Overview
The Rocket League Championship Series is the fourth season of North America's professional Rocket League league sponsored by Psyonix and Twitch.
Open Qualifiers
- 4 Open Qualifiers
- Teams can only play on 2 different Open Qualifiers
- If a team qualifies on their first attempt they skip the second qualifier
- Teams are divided in 16 pools
- Double Elimination Bracket
- All matches are Best-of-three
- Top 2 teams of each pool advance to Play-In
Play-In
- 128 teams
- 32 teams from each of the Open Qualifiers
- Double Elimination Bracket
- All matches are best-of-five
- Top 6 teams advance to RLCS League Play
- Teams that finish 7th-14th qualify for RLRS
League Play
- 5 weeks of play
- Single Round Robin
- Each match is a best-of-five
- All teams competing awarded up to $7,250 for playing all of their matches
- Top 6 teams qualify for the Championship and guarantee a spot for RLCS Season 5.
Championship
- Single Elimination bracket
- Six Teams
- Top two teams from League Play get a bye in the first round
- Finals and Third Place match are best-of-seven
- All other matches are best-of-five
- Top four teams qualify to the World Championship
